Content Usage
Child Pornography, Hacking/Cracking files are not allowed. We, TorrentService reserve the right to remove any unacceptable torrents from our systems. If we happened to receive a complaint from our server provider, we will remove the file from our server and let you know via email.

Cancellation
Please email us within 24 hours to cancel your order via email. Funds cannot be returned once you have sent the payment to us.

Refunds
All services rendered by TorrentService are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: setup fees, one time fees, and monthly service fees, upgrade fees, additional service fees, administrative fees, and late fees.

Payment
All services must be paid in full, we do not provide pro-rated service. TorrentService accepts many major credit cards via PayPal.
Users paying via PayPal, if for any reason a dispute arise your directory/account will be terminated.

Non-Payment
Failure to remit payment for three (3) consecutive days shall result in a termination of public access to your directory. Failure to remit payment for five (5) consecutive days shall result their directory being deleted off from the server.

One Time Fees
One time fees, such as setup fees, administrative fees and bandwidth overages are due and payable at the time they are incurred, and agreed via ticket with approval.

Overusage
If you do not have enough credits on your account we have the rights to block access to your directory. Payment is required to gain access. A fee of $1 per GB will be charged. It is your responsibility to check your directory usage.

Support
All users will receive Silver Support which provides basic help. For more information click this link

Directory Usage/Storage
All users have a limit on their directory storage and you are responsible to monitor your usage.
Free Service 25GB - If you exceed 25GB you would need to post threads in the forum. 5 threads per GB
Fanatic Service 50GB - If you exceed 50GB you would need to post threads in the forum. Up to you, as many threads as you like.
Paid Service 50GB - If you exceed 50GB you would need to pay additional fee. Directory will automatically disable until funds are cleared. A fee of $1 per GB as mentioned above.

Directory Storage Duration
Files are kept within your directory at a maximum of thirty (30) days unless mentioned.

Login Information
It is forbidden to share your login details to any user, you must keep it to yourself. If there is a mismatch IP address under your account, we will block access to your directory. You will be notified by us via email.
We reserve the rights to change this at any time without any prior notice.
